We absolutely think so! When customers ponder a linen scarf or wrap they can jump to the conclusion that it will be a wrinkled mess in no time. I can honestly report that I have been wearing the Telba linen wraps for a couple of months and they are fantastic! The linen isn’t coarse or stiff and becomes softer the more I wear them. I often have someone ask if they are really 100% linen. They have that certain look of linen that I love for this time of the year. But really stand up to my stuffing and tucking and look lovely. They can be hand washed and ironed,  but I haven’t reached that point yet. It is wrap size; a generous 27″ x 78″ which is so versatile. Can be a scarf or used as a shawl/wrap.

I love the summer morning air here in Colorado. Warm days finish with cool evenings, so I always have one of our fabulous wraps tucked in my bag. Or I wear one as a scarf until needed to wrap around my shoulders. They are also essential for this time of year when the temperatures in restaurants, stores, air planes and theaters are downright chilly. We have many styles to choose from. The Gelila (above) is 90% lightweight Ethiopian cotton with a 10% touch of silk.  The Ari (below) is 100% lightweight Ethiopian cotton. Both add that just-right amount of warmth to take you from sunshine to moonlight. 

The Judith and Timket 100% Ethiopian Cotton wraps are a bit heavier and some of my personal favorites. I often use them as a small blanket on the plane when my seat mates have their air vents open wide.Our wraps are a versatile size. 24″-27″ wide and 78″ long, and they can be worn as scarves or shawls. Our don’t-travel-without-it towel folds up neatly to tuck in your suitcase or back pack for a vacation or day at the beach. These towels are incredibly multi-purpose. For the last 9 years Penny and I have not gone anywhere without one. In Africa we use our towel to wrap up in during the long flight. We use them as blankets to sit on. As shawls on cool evenings. Linen is a luxury fabric because it is so labor intensive to produce. It is not at all elastic so weaving with linen thread is very difficult. But the end result is a product that will last forever with a natural texture that is stunning.
