We place one consolidated order on the 20th of each month with our Ethiopian workshop for linens, scarves/wraps and cotton canvas bags. Orders received after the 20th will be included in the next month’s order. Estimated delivery is 60-70 days after the order is placed with the workshop.
We will be in touch about arranging your prepayment. We have no minimums.
How to Place Your Textile/Bag Order
Our approved wholesale customers can log in and place an order for Textiles and Bags using our shopping cart, by calling 720-203-0096, or emailing info@wovenpromises.com. Once submitted, we will send an invoice with estimated shipping. Orders under $500 are prepaid at time of order. Larger orders are prepaid 30 days before delivery. We will be in touch about arranging your prepayment.
Customer payment can be made by credit card, business check or wire transfer. Orders for items not in our current collection may require minimums. Contact us with your special order inquiry at info@wovenpromises.com.
To order Namibian Art Baskets: We will send our customers a selection of photos from our current collection with wholesale prices and sizes. Please email us at info@wovenpromises.com if you are interested in purchasing these one-of-a-kind pieces.
Lead Time & Shipping
For textiles and bags, we will receive, process and ship your order to you within 60–70 days after the monthly order is placed in Ethiopia. Namibian baskets are shipped within 72 hours of receiving the order. We ship from Colorado FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Other options are FedEx 2-day, Overnight Service or USPO. Charges will be added accordingly.
Return Policy
Slight imperfections are common and a mark of truly handmade textiles. If an item is damaged, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt. A check will be issued for purchase amount within 30 days of receipt of returned item(s), plus the return shipping cost.
